EVERYBODY NEEDS TO TAKE THIS! MAP highlights some of the most controversial and arguably most important events in History in Asia and I think it is very important for all students to have a solid understanding of. When I think of classes that have made an impact on me, MAP definitely ranks in the top three. Its so robust and dynamic and I feel much more educated than I was coming into the class. It has definitely made classes that deal with history and current events that my colleges offer much more attractive and I do see myself taking them in the future.
MAP is a great class as it makes students more aware of the region of Singapore that we live in. By taking this course, I now understand how history connects to the modern day. Highly recommend it!
I would recommend this class, especially to the clueless white kids (like me) who have lived in/ under the American bias for too long.

Because it is SO educational, informative, fun, enlightening, eyeopening, interesting, and Mr. A is an awesome teacher who allows you to feel comfortable in his class where you actually learn things including things you will actually use in life.
teach the units more slowly, maybe make MAP a year long class.
YES!!!!!!!! Such an amazing class - learn about current topics and news that enable you to sound intelligent when discussing these things. Some of the events and situations that my fellow classmates who don't take MAP don't know about but should are ridiculous and I'm so glad that I've learned them from MAP. And, on top of that, you are one of the best teachers I've had during high school, so yes, I would definitely recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would recommend this class next year because it is a great class that teaches us about the continent that we live in. It gives us history knowledge and modern news. The teacher is so fun and so understanding. It is a great class! :D
Because this class is just so fun, its never the same everyday and you learn so much. Especially the AAP project is the coolest, i found something i might want to pursue in college.
You're an amazing teacher with a lot of passion and you make the students want to learn and enjoy your class. You made learning about Asia enjoyable and I learnt so much, enjoyed it, and never felt too stressed.
